Land-holding anomalies in New Guinea: plea for early re-appraisement and encouragement of new settlers.

The author returns from a visit to New Guinea convinced that while on one hand there is an exceptional opportunity for profitable investment in primary products in the Territory, on the other, drastic alterations in the present system of land holding are badly needed.
